Chuck joined Connie to form the family business in 1985. He has been preparing tax returns since then and became an enrolled agent in 1993. Sharon Provencher

Sharon is the youngest of the Ross daughters. She is currently working towards her accounting degree at Florida State College at Jacksonville and has been with the company full time as a tax return preparer and accounting clerk since 2003.
