W-4 (Employee’s Withholding Allowance Worksheet)
If you're an employer, chances are, you have employees. If you've got a job, chances are, you're an employee. Either way, you won't get far without having the IRS' standard W-4 form so that Uncle Sam can take some money out of your paycheck just as soon as possible. The 2018 W-4 is here. Florida New Hire Form
In 1996, Congress enacted a law called the "Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act", or PRWORA, as part of Welfare Reform. This requires employers in all 50 states to report their hirings to a state directory.
