Ross and Ross Accounting and Tax Service has been family owned and operated since 1984 in the Jacksonville area; more specifically the Mandarin & Julington Creek areas. 

We cater to the needs of individuals and small businesses; performing a wide range of tax, financial, accounting and planning functions.  Our goal is to find ways to help you keep your money through proper planning.

Our office houses 3 enrolled agents. Enrolled agents (EAs) are tax practitioners licensed by the Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service on issues including collection, audits and appeals. We provide tax preparation, representation and tax planning to individual and business taxpayers.

EAs are the only tax professionals tested by IRS on their knowledge of tax law and regulations. We are federally-licensed, meaning we can represent clients in any part of the country, not just in the state of Florida. EAs adhere to a code of ethics and professional conduct and are required by the IRS to complete annual continuing professional education.
